How to make Potato Kuku

This is another variation of kuku made with potatoes. Personally my favorite type of kuku, and it is also one of the easier ones to make.

Ingredient:
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 teaspoon of turmeric
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
Direction:
1. Boil up some water and cook the potatoes in them and skin them.
2. Mash the potatoes. Using a grater, make shredded onions and add it to the mashed potatoes.

3. Add the eggs and the spices and mix everything well.

4. In a non-stick frying pan, add in your vegetable oil and pour in the mixture and flatten the top.
5. Put a lid on top and let the mixture thicken. After it thickens, remove the lid. Wait till it forms a crust layer on the bottom.
6. Flip to cook the other side and wait till this side forms the crust as well.
