How to make Cheesecake stuffed Muffins

This is a simple easy to make recipe for cheese cake and muffin lovers who can't decide if they want cheesecake or muffins.

Ingredients:
o For Muffin
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of zested lemon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1½ cup of flour
o For Cheesecake
- 180g of cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Directions:
o For Cheesecake
1. Mix all the ingredients together until everything is mixed in well.

o For Muffin
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and zested lemon, and vanilla extract until you see the size increase double or triple.

2. Add in your vegetable oil, orange juice, flour, and baking powder to it and mix well.
3. Prepare your muffin tray. Pour one tablespoon of your muffin mix into the wraps, then
add a teaspoon of your cheesecake mix. Add a little bit more of your muffin mix on top again but don’t fill it up all the way.


4. Pre-heat oven to 350. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top forms a golden layer.
