How to make Eggplant Kuku

This is another variation of kuku made with eggplants. Instead of using onions like we did in the last one, we use garlic in this one.

Ingredients
- 3 small egg plants
- 2 eggs
- 1 small garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Start with cooking your egg plants and rotate them to get every side. After every side has been cooked well.

2. Peel off the skin and pour the insides into a bowl.

3. In a separate bowl scramble your eggs and add your spices. Shred your garlic and add it to this bowl as well.

4. Pour the eggs from the second bowl into the first one and mix well.

5. Transfer the mixture into your pan and cook until the bottom side forms a hard shell, then flip to do the same thing for the other side.
